1. Structure, Painting & Exterior shall remain the same


2. Flooring / Wall Tiles:

  • All rooms (i.e. including Living, Dining & Kitchen)  – 2’0” X 2’0” reputed brand vitrified tiles for flooring.
  • Toilets – 1’0” X 1’0” anti-skid ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles up to 7’0” height for walls.
  • Common Area – Granite flooring for lobbies, staircase & corridors.

                          Granite for lift entrance wall cladding.


3. Joineries: (First two points shall remain the same)

The third point to be altered as follows,

  • Toilet doors will be flush doors, made of waterproof plywood with synthetic enamel paint on inner sides and matt varnish finish on the outer sides (room sides) with good quality locks, brass / SS hinges and tower bolt.


4. Windows & Ventilators:

  • Openable UPVC windows with 4mm thick plain glass and inner safety grills painted with enamel.
  • Ventilators will have Aluminium frame fitted with top hung shutter.


5. Kitchen & Utility:

  • Polished black granite of 2’0” width for counter tops including chamfering.
  • Single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board.
  • 2’0” height dado of glazed tiles above the kitchen counter.  
  • Separate line for drinking & bore water.
  • Provision for exhaust fan & chimney.
  • Provision for Aquaguard.
  • Provision for washing machine in wash area.


6. Plumbing & Sanitary Works:

  • Kohler / Hindware / Parryware or equivalent make sanitary & water supply fittings.
